How's the golf in and around Volcan and Cerro Punta, Chiriqui Province, Panama?

Unfortunately there are no golf courses in Volcan or Cerro Punta, Chiriqui, Panama. But located just 45 minutes from Volcan and Cerro Punta in David (also in Chiriqui Province), there is a nice par 3 executive course called Eagle Park. Also in Boquete (about an hour from Volcan and Cerro Punta) there are two golf courses: Lucero (the only 18 hole championship course in the Chiriqui Province) and Quebrada Grande in Valle Escondido, a par 3 executive...

There are no golf courses in Volcán and Cerro Punta, because the area has too small a population and is basically rural.
If you would like to play golf and you're living in Volcán, you would have to travel to Boquete, which takes 30 to 40 minutes, because they have two golf courses. They have one with 9 holes and the other one with 18 holes.
