What are the main cities, towns, communities and developments of the Panama City San Francisco area and what is each one like?

San Francisco is a very nice neighborhood. One of the safest, as well.
San Francisco, Panama´ City, Panama´ is not divided into towns, cities, communities or developments. It is mainly high buildings with tons of families living in them, and some single homes that still remain in the neighborhood.

There are also many businesses, mini-supermarkets, large supermarkets, one new gym, a beautiful park, a 5 star hotel, laundries, pet hospitals, little shops, hardware stores, plant shops, restaurants, a post office, police station, child care centers, etc.
The area is surrounded by a magnificent neighborhood called Altos del Golf, two modern malls, additional 5 star hotels, neighborhoods like Paitilla, Punta Pacifica, Parque Lefevre and lots of roads and an entrance to the "Corredor Sur" (the highway that takes you to airport and other places). All of these neighborhoods have nice housing, good and working people who are eager to have good times in all the "cafés" around the area and trying their best to make Panamá a good place to be.

Punta Pacifica is the main part of San Francisco, Panama City. Punta Pacifica has the Multiplaza, which is the biggest mall here in Panama, with well renowned stores. It also has many expensive residential buildings. It is the only mall in Panama that houses designer brands.

Right next to Punta Pacifica, you will find Coco Del Mar. It is also in San Francisco, but this is a residential housing area with single-family homes. The houses in Coco Del Mar have yards and lawns that separate them from one another. Some of the residents of Coco Del Mar are complaining about the new zoning regulations imposed by the government in that area that allows the building of even more high-rise buildings there.
Centro San Francisco, which is in between Punta Pacifica and Coco Del Mar, has a mix of houses and buildings.
Another notable area of San Francisco is Parque Omar on the northern part of the area. Parque Omar is a huge park where everything is green and close to nature. There are some single-family homes north of Parque Omar and south of that park is a street. From the street, going south is where all the buildings start. The rest of San Francisco is mostly housing and a lot of buildings.
