There isn't any kayaking in El Valle de Anton or anywhere that close. The closest / best kayaking near El Valle would be in Santa Catalina or Boca Chica, both about four hours away.

There’s no rafting or kayaking in El Valle de Anton because the rivers are not big enough. You have to go up to Chiriquí, Boquete and Volcan for those type of activities, located about eight hours away. To get there, you would have to drive down the hill, back to the Pan American highway, and then go straight towards David. David is about four hours from here. From David, the areas where you can go rafting and kayaking are about four hours.

I remember that in the past, when I was about 12 years old, my mother kayaked and rafted. It was fun then. It’s not your Class 5 white water action. It’s not gentle calm stream but rather big, wide, open rivers that flow with not too many rapids.
