It’s constantly hot in Nicaragua. The average temperature here is 80 to 85 degrees Fahrenheit and that is in the morning. The afternoon the temperature goes up to 95 or even more. During summer it could go well past 100.

If I talk to my family from Denmark, they’ll tell me that they are absolutely miserable all the time because it’s always cold there. They love coming to Nicaragua and they don’t care if it’s over 100 degrees. My sister in law and my mother in law lie outside like iguanas just sunning themselves; catching up all that they missed during the year because they don’t have sun in Denmark. It’s relative. They quite enjoy the triple digit temperature here.
