My wife has purchased brand new clothes, with the tags on, for as little as $4. The quality can be very good and you just have to browse a little before you can find a real gem. If you're looking for work clothes, jeans, t-shirts, shorts, dress clothes...they have it all. Walk in one and check it out. Some are very well organized. If you are carrying other packages with you, be sure to check your bags at the front of the store. They'll give you a receipt and remember to retrieve them before you leave.
