How's the adventure travel and activities in and around the Panama City, Panama area of San Francisco?

The best adventure or activity that you can do in the San Francisco area would be walking to the best mall we have in Panama, which is called Multiplaza and where you will be busy the entire day.

 

If you want to go hiking, camping, or zip lining, you would have to go outside Panama City. I suggest you go to Campana, which is north of Panama City and about 45 minutes away by car. You can go camping there in the mountains and have a beautiful view of the sea....

The only place that you can have adventure travel in San Francisco, Panama is Parque Omar (top photo). It is a natural park in the middle of San Francisco. People go there for jogging, yoga and some go to the library. They also have a small gym. Concerts and expos are also held in Parque Omar throughout the year. Parque Omar used to be a golf course, but it is now just a massive land are of grass and trees.

Many people go to Cerro Ancon (below photo), which is a hill near the Panama Canal and the Bridge of the Americas. Cerro Ancon (10 minutes away from Panama City by car) is a forest, so people go there to walk and enjoy nature. It is also become some sort of exercise area, because you will be walking uphill. It is very common to see wild animals, such as deer and ñeque in Cerro Ancon. A ñeque looks like a capybara but much smaller. You will also see different kinds of birds in Cerro Ancon.
