What's the food like in the markets in the Panama City, Panama area of San Francisco?

The supermarkets in San Francisco, a quarter of Panama City, Panama, are very good. You can find a variety of each product and many, many imported goods. There are also smaller supermarkets that sell only organic food or deli gourmet items.

There is a variety of foods offered in the neighborhood markets of San Francisco, Panama City, Panama. There are three large grocery stores that offer imported and local foods, a few smaller specialty stores with gourmet items from Europe and Asia and several 'mini-supers', or convenience stores that sell snacks, beverages and occasionally basic local produce. San Francisco, one of the best known neighborhoods in the city of Panamá, is, by all accounts, a complete place. Not only does it have the only large recreational park in the city, with tens of acres, a swimming pool and old trees where you can run, walk or jog from 4:30 in the morning until 10:00 at night, but also offers 4 modern supermarkets with local and imported goods for any taste or budget, a convention center by the sea, numerous...

Not only does it have the only large recreational park in the city, with tens of acres, a swimming pool and old trees where you can run, walk or jog from 4:30 in the morning until 10:00 at night, but also offers 4 modern supermarkets with local and imported goods for any taste or budget, a convention center by the sea, numerous high apartment buildings, 3 important Catholic churches, Multiplaza Mall (an exceptional and modern mall that offers clothing from any famous brand you like), multiple pharmacies, and two hospitals at a very short distance from the neighborhood.
At any supermarket you can get your customized meat cut, ask any questions regarding what part of the meat you are buying, where the meat comes from, as well as specialized diet food (for example, with no cholesterol), from a specific country, or others not available in other places.
In addition, due to the preferences of the many foreigners moving here, more and more places open up every day, especially regarding food, cafes and restaurants, offering residents all kinds of gourmet facilities catering to the different tastes from many countries.
There is also the opportunity of buying fresh vegetables and fruits from little local places at a very affordable prices, brought in almost every day from the country, which is very picturesque.
Locals share with visitors on a daily basis, and are delighted to have the opportunity to get so many things in one neighborhood, in which the traffic is just beginning to be a problem. San Francisco is available from the "Corredor Sur", only 17 minutes from Tocumen International Airport.
