Can I buy good clothes in the Pedasi, Azuero, Panama area?

There are not really any clothes shops in Pedasi. Las Tablas (about 30 miles away) is the nearest place to buy clothes, or Chitre (about 40 miles away).  There is not a lot of traffic on these roads.

You cannot buy good clothes in Pedasi. Pedasi is definitely not a shopping destination. In order to buy better clothes, you would have to go to Las Tablas, which is 30 minutes away by car.  You can find good clothes in various stores in Las Tablas, both big and small, that are pretty cheap. The big supermarkets have variety and a modern North American style. The clothes in Las Tablas are cheaper than in the US.

If you live in Pedasi and want to purchase brand names and designer...

If you live in Pedasi and want to purchase brand names and designer names, you would have to go to Panama City, to the Multiplaza Mall, which is a four-and-a-half hour drive from Pedasi. There are American and international brand names there such as Billabong, Roxy H&M, Zara; everything you could imagine.

On the way between Pedasi and Panama City is Westland Mall, about half an hour before Panama City. In addition, there’s Albrook Mall and there’s MultiCentro (pictured) in Panama City.  People who live in Pedasi go back to Panama City a few times a year to stock up on items they want, but can’t find in Pedasi. You can get everything or anything that you want in Panama City, including clothes. The commute is not that big a deal.
