I can give you an idea of how much it would cost to build a house in Pedasi by using our development as an example. For a 200 square meter house (approximately 2,150 square feet) build to American standards with granite, stainless steel, etc., but without the land, you would pay from US $140,000 – $160,000. This would translate to roughly between $65 to $75 per square foot.
