Are there rivers, lakes and waterfalls in or around the Panama City, Panama area of Marbella?

If you want to get a real taste of nature, you would have to go out of Panama City. The closest you can go to is Lago Gatun (Lake Gatun), which is one and a half hour away from the Marbella area of Panama City. Lago Gatun is a lake that is part of the Panama Canal.
The best place to go to if you want to see rivers, lakes, and waterfalls is El Valle de Anton which is also an hour and a half away from Panama City on the highway and then another 20 minutes going up to...

The best place to go to if you want to see rivers, lakes, and waterfalls is El Valle de Anton which is also an hour and a half away from Panama City on the highway and then another 20 minutes going up to the mountains, so it may take a total of 2 hours to get there. You will be up in the mountains so the weather is nice. You will see rivers, you may go river rafting and go hiking, too.
El Valle de Anton is closer to the beach and to my other office in Coronado, Panama than my office in Panama City. The reason why I divide my life in those two areas is because, that way, I can get the best of both worlds.
