We don’t really have any natural disasters like fire, earthquake, flooding, hurricanes, etc. in Marbella, Panama.
The entire country of Panama doesn’t get hurricanes, so of course, Marbella doesn’t, either.

Marbella is an urban area, so we don’t have lots of trees to burn to create brush fires. Fires in the city of Panama (which is where Marbella is located) are very unusual. When we have a fire in Panama City, everyone is shocked. We have very good systems for fire prevention.
The last time we had anything resembling an earthquake in Panama was about five years ago, but it was very minor; perhaps a 3 or a 4 on the scale.
