There is a street named Uruguay Street here in the Marbella district of Panama City, Panama, and this street offers many restaurants and bars... some people refer to Uruguay street as the party street - some of my favorite restaurants on or near Uruguay street include Crepes & Waffles, The Market and La Posta. However, my wife and I are Panama Pensionados & because we are Pensionados we receive a 25% discount when we present our Panama Pensionado cards at any restaurant... Being a Panama Pensionado also entitles us 15% discount at fast food restaurants like McDonalds. Panama Pensionado program also offers many other discounts - even airfares.

If I would take my girlfriend out, I wouldn’t go to a place that offers a $15-meal. If I were going out on a date, I would spend between $20 to $25 on a meal per person. The meal would include a nice entrée, a main course, and probably a dessert or a drink, depending on where you go. Marbella is similar to the big cities in the US where you have all the different types of restaurants.
