Generally speaking, the monthly price to rent an apartment in Marbella ranges from $8 to $20 per square meter ($86 to $215 per square foot). For example, if you are renting 100m2 (approximately 1,076 square feet) of an old building, it´s possible for the monthly rent to be around $800. But if you are renting a brand new building with a lot of amenities, social area, concierge/security service, we are talking about $2,000 for 100m2. If they are fully furnished, the cost will be a bit higher.

Mainly, Marbella itself has several tall apartment buildings, offices and shops and no single-family homes other than few townhouses. It´s quite noisy due heavy traffic and it is located in between important roads and an exit of the Corredor Sur (the main highway).
The prices in apartments varies due amenities and luxury, but on average could be $1,300 monthly. There are always apartments in the surrounding areas but all of them may very well equal the same average price.
