How good are the medical centers, hospitals and health clinics in the Panama City, Panama area of Marbella, and how close are they?

In the Punta Pacifica area of Panama City is an International affiliate of the prestigious Johns Hopkins - Punta Pacifica Hospital. Just about all of the doctors there speak English and many have been trained in the US. The name of our family physician is Doctor Castrellon... we have the good doctor's cell phone number so we can telephone him if need be - 7 days a week. In my opinion, the medical care here in Panama is as good and in many cases better...

Also here in Panama we are lucky and blessed to have The Stem Cell Institute which is providing treatment for Osteoarthritis, Multiple Sclerosis and Autism.
About a month ago my wife received Stem Cell treatments for severe pain and problems she was having with her hip. Doctors were recommending hip replacement surgery, but instead she opted for stem cell treatments. The treatment process is totally "out-patient" and takes 2 weeks and the recovery period may take a few months. Be it as may - I just asked my wife to rate her condition now about one month after receiving her stem cell treatments - with a score of 10 being her feeling like when she was much younger with no aches and pains at all and -0- being how she was just a short time ago with much pain and needing a cane to hobble around and she says that she would rate her condition now as a 6 and on the road to maybe even feeling like a 9!!! There is a GOD! If I had more time I'd tell you about a person (Me) who received External Beam Therapy (EBT) as a treatment for prostate cancer... PSA score went from 13.7 to under 2 :)!
