These districts are divided into neighborhoods, with one of them being Marbella, a small place with many high residential and office buildings, surrounded by a whole bunch of main streets, with an important banking area, hotels, restaurants and places to walk and shop. Within walking distance are the Multicentro and Multiplaza malls, some 5 stars hotels, the WTC (World Trade Center), law offices, the Paitilla Hospital and Medical Center, and many other offers to consider by visitors.
Some neighborhoods around Marbella are: Obarrio, Paitilla, Punta Paitilla, Punta Pacífica, San Francisco, Cangrejo, El Carmen, and a little farther away is Altos del Golf and Casco Viejo.
Marbella does not have specific developments, other than buildings, but the city of Panamá offers a large variety of developments throughout the city. Information about most of them are available on line or on this website, or through any licensed real estate agency (also many of whom are on this website). Each development offers a variety of amenities for the most demanding visitor.
Panamanians are very accommodating and guide visitors according to the visitor's needs, especially if the visitor is looking for a nice area to live. Without any self-interest, and while making every effort to communicate, even if the visitor does not speak Spanish, Panamanians direct every one on the right tract for the comfort and need of each person seeking the enjoyment of Panama.

The area of Marbella is the known as the Financial District in Panama City. In Marbella you will find banks, insurance companies, hotels, but also a luxury residential market. Just a few "steps" away from Avenida Balboa, Marbella has grocery stores (Riba Smith), restaurants, fast food and much more. Calle Uruguay is just a few blocks away, a neighborhood filled with bars and discos.
