What are the outdoor activities in and around the Panama City, Panama suburb of Fort Clayton / Clayton?

 The Panama Canal, in Panama City, Panama 's backyard, is known for it's great outdoor activities.  Some of the best are: bird-watching, hiking, fishing, kayaking, etc. I recommend visiting Lake Gatun and around Gamboa and spending a day within the Canal... It's the best way to appreciate the wildlife, beautiful exotic vegetation and all of the Panama Canal operations. One of my personal favorite activities is kayaking on Lake Gatun... I...
