The kayaking in the Panama Canal Zone, which is adjacent to Panama City, Panama, is great! I especially recommend kayaking in the Lake Gatun area around Gamboa... When you are kayaking in Lake Gatun you are actually kayaking the Panama Canal. Not too many people can brag about doing that!   Watch the video to see what it's like.
