The more you go to the "interior", the more you see more and more varieties, especially in Cerro Campana, El Valle (AKA El Valle de Anton; a mountain town about an hour from Panama City) and Chiriquí (a province towards the Costa Rican boarder that has the city of David and the towns of Boquete and Volcan, as well as others).
