There are many restaurants options in Clayton area, from the food courts inside and outside malls, to elegant restaurants, hotels, etc. The price range is around $7 - $18 per adult.

Restaurants in Clayton are cheap because they are not fancy or big restaurants. In the hotel in Ciudad Del Saber (“City of Knowledge”; an area within Clayton), the restaurant costs around US $20 to $25 per plate. It’s not really expensive. Once you enter the City of Knowledge, you turn right and you go straight to the end and there is a hotel there. There is also a culinary university and their students do their practice in that hotel. I think that restaurant is the most expensive one. All the others are very cheap. There is a new mall in the City of Knowledge, which just opened about a year and a half ago. They have a little food court that is open-air where they sell coffee, smoothies, pizza, etc. It’s like a little plaza. A coffee there is about $3 to $6, depending on the size of the cup. A medium-sized pizza at the regular price is around $13 to $14. I never had a sandwich there, but I think it’s the same price as in Subway, which is around $5 to $5.50.
