Clayton has commercial, residential and recreational areas. What makes this area more unique is that it is full of green areas and surrounded by forest, which makes it a very quiet and beautiful neighborhood.
Clayton is close to the Panama Canal and to national parks Camino de Cruces and Parque Natural Metropolitano. The residential development has been huge in the recent years, though projects are not high rise buildings in order to keep the area with a garden look.
Residents of this area are trying to keep this area free of big buildings and developments in order to keep it as calm and beautiful as it has always been.
