Brownouts in Clayton are very rare. It’s the same with the water. When other people in other parts of the country say, “Hey, we don’t have water,” we say, “Well, we do!”
The areas of Clayton, Balboa, and Albrook rarely get electric or water interruption. It is very rare. We go many months without any electrical interruptions whatsoever.
