The guys who do know the plants, when to plant, and are knowledgeable about fertilizers, for example, cost you a bit more money. These are the people who come and cut the grass, clean around and water the flower beds and use the fertilizer that he has or has been given to him. Then he leaves and will come back next week to do it all over again.
