Apartments in El Valle can cost between $400 and $1,200 a month, depending on the area and condition of the apartment.  The apartments are usually 1 or 2 bedroom, but you can find the 3 bedroom ones once in awhile.  The apartments are usually hard to get, and if you want to rent for only a short term you will end up paying the premium price. Long term rentals can be negotiated more easily.
