On a monthly basis a 1 or 2 bedroom on or within minutes of the beach is anywhere between $1,200 - $2,100/month. In Coronado proper the rent will be at the higher end. In Gorgona you can find rentals at $1,200 per month. The high season from December to April will be higher and the low season lower due to demand. Some rentals will include golf privileges and others will have an onsite gym and fitness program.

Apartments in Coronado, Panama are more expensive than renting a house. You might be able to find one for US $1,200 in Coronado, but it would most likely be $1,500 and up depending on what time of year you rent. It can be as high as $100 per night if you are on short term rental.
For a long-term rental it generally costs between $1,600 and $2,000 per month. In Coronado Bay, you can rent one for...

For a long-term rental it generally costs between $1,600 and $2,000 per month. In Coronado Bay, you can rent one for $1,600 that has one or two bedrooms but it is fairly small – maybe around 900 square feet with a balcony and there is a pool on the roof. You will see beautiful views because you are on the ocean. It’s a fantastic location.
In Coronado Golf, for that price, you will get more square footage but you are probably half a mile from the beach. You have views of the ocean but you are not on the beach. They have similar pricing for a 2-bedroom unit but with definitely more square footage. As you move away from the beach, you get larger places for the same cost per month.
For $2,000 per month, you will get a three-bedroom unit with specs that depend on what building it is and where it’s located. You can get into one of the country clubs for that amount, and they have suites in there that are 2,800 square feet with five bedrooms and five bathrooms, too. I am not sure how much the suites cost but they would be more than $2,000 per month.

The cost to rent an apartment in Coronado, Panama will range depending upon the time of the year, the length of the lease, and of course the size and type of apartment. The more amenities, the more it’s going to cost.
On average, if you’re going to do a six-month lease, you can get something in the neighborhood of US $1,500 to $2,000 a month. If you’re going to come during low season, which is May through November, you can pay $1,200 a month for a two-bedroom...

If you’re going to come during low season, which is May through November, you can pay $1,200 a month for a two-bedroom apartment. If you come during high season, which is December through April, plan on paying $2,400 to $2,500 a month.
Year-to-year, it’s going to be like the six-month lease, which is $1,500 to $2,000 for two bedrooms and two baths with an ocean view, whether right on the ocean or a short distance, but with a great ocean view. It will be in a gated apartment complex with amenities such as a pool and a gym. The range is between 1,000 and 1,500 square feet (about 100 to 140 square meters).
Because I have a pet, with condo living, there are places where you go take your dogs out. Having dogs, they sell things that I didn’t know existed. There are the puppy pee pads. There is fake grass that you could put on your balcony. There are places where you take your dogs down to do their business.
The dogs tend to be very happy because they get walked more than they did wherever you called home. They make friends very easily because the dogs here are much more socialized. They get used to going out. You don’t have to take them out five times a day because of the things that they sell. You want to take them out twice a day and keep the puppy pee pads on hand. The dogs get used to that.
As far as groomers go, this was a big concern for me because I have two little dogs. Groomers where I lived in Dallas charged US $65 a dog for the grooming, and then you had to pay tip on top of it. Here, you can get your dog groomed for about $15. So that’s it; a huge savings.
