Is there good fishing in and around the Panama City, Panama area of Casco Viejo?

There is some great fishing in Panama.  The name 'Panama' means 'where fish abound' and has some of the best fishing in the world! Not far from Casco Viejo, an area within Panama City, you will find the local fish market and nearby, you'll see some locals fish from a dock on the Amador Causeway.
