At Bastimentos Island there is zip line canopy and lots of wildlife to watch, beautiful beaches like Red Frog where you can stay very cheap at Bocas Bound or if you want something with more luxury, there are also nice condos.
If you are coming from Chiriqui , Boquete or David the road has beautiful views and places to stop and do other activities like a chocolate tour at the indigenous villages where you will share a nice experience with the sweet people of the Comarca Ngäbe-Buglé!
I hope this little information is helpful for you :)

Bocas del Toro is also great for riding your bicycle. A great trip is to go from town
along the beach all the way to Playa Bluff where you find a nice lounge to have
a drink and food and also to enjoy the beach or the pool!
In Bocas del Toro it is also possible to learn Spanish and at the language schools
you get information about tour options and most often you can sign up right there!
