Kayaking is the standard way to explore certain island areas around Bocas del Toro. Always remember going on the first leg out... you have to turn around and come back!!! Sometimes with the wind in front of you, it can be challenging.

I love kayaking around these bays in Bocas del Toro. The water is so clear and green you can see the bottom. The current usually isn't too strong so you can go most places you want to
I like to go early in the morning when it is cool and there aren't as many boat drivers around to cause a wake by going fast past you.
