How much does clothing cost in Panama?

Clothing cost in Panama go everywhere from 'pennies', to sky is the limit....
Shopping is grand in Panama City, especially inexpensive on Av. Central (near Plaza 5 de Mayo) where nothing seems expensive, although that clothing might not last you 20 years either. There are multiple outlet stores on Via Espana, also all price ranges. And then the variety of Super Malls that Panama now has. Cheap clothing places like Costo, Dorians, Saks, Oca Loca...you find just about anything and not...

The more 'upscale' shops are found in Multi Plaza, but also at all the other malls. Since we don't need much clothing here in this climate, my expenses on clothing are very low.
Many people fly in from other countries to do their shopping here as value is great. In fact one of the busiest mall is right next to the airport in Albrook with a hotel built in!
Great duty free shops as well.

Since Panama is also a distribution center for Central and part of South América you can find good deals at the end of a season.
There are also a lot of stores at malls like Albrook were you will find stuff really cheap, for example, pants for $2.99 and tshirts for $1.99. Super deals!
