Nowadays, and unlike in the past, you can easily find an English speaker in Granada. They will try to teach and practice speaking some Spanish words with you.
People in Granada are usually kind and are always willing to give you a hand. You will not have any problem. Even though we are not as fluent English speakers like Costa Ricans...

People in Granada are usually kind and are always willing to give you a hand. You will not have any problem. Even though we are not as fluent English speakers like Costa Ricans and all those other English speaking countries, we try to help expats and tourist. However, you also have to be cautious when you meet somebody who is very nice, kind, and charming and is readily there to give you a hand. Do not be fooled. If somebody gives you a hand, just be nice but do not be too open and give things right away.
