Will Nicaragua make me pay income tax on money I earn outside of Nicaragua?

One of the beautiful things about Nicaragua is that it is nothing like the US relative to having to pay taxes on money you earned outside of the country.
 
If you live in Nicaragua but your income is earned outside of Nicaragua, let's say from your business on the internet or something similar, and the person who pays you is outside of Nicaragua, you should file and you should have a company and work under that company and report that income but, that income is not taxed by...
