Coming to Nicaragua, the only thing you need is to pay US $10 coming into the airport and it allows you to stay in the country for 3 months. That’s it. You don’t need any visa.
If you want to stay longer, you have to go to the immigration department and do all the paperwork to apply for an extension, or you could apply for a residency. They will ask for your documents and they will allow you to stay in...
