To go to La Paz from Cabo San Lucas, the bus fare is around US $10 to $15. From Cabo San Lucas to San Jose del Cabo is $2.
Cabo San Lucas is a very small place and a tourist would want to be dropped off at the tourist areas. In these areas, you go on foot and you don't need a bus. You can walk to the marina or almost anywhere.
To go to San Jose del Cabo, on the same street that takes you to the marina, take a bus that will take you to San Jose del Cabo. If you are staying in a hotel at the corridor between San Jose del Cabo and Cabo San Lucas, the bus will stop right in front of the hotel.
The bus with Wi-Fi and air conditioning will also take passengers to the main gate of the international airport.
