How's the biking in and around Los Cabos - La Paz, Mexico?

La Ventana has world class biking trails. There are a couple of guys who come down here and build trails. There is a website that will show you where the trails are and their level of difficulty, etc. This is a big deal in this area. I have hiked there but I don’t do mountain biking. A huge majority of the people who go mountain biking here are those who come here and don’t want to do kite boarding, so they go biking instead. There are a couple of bike trails...

Cerro de la Calavera (Mountain of the Skull) is a mountain in La Paz that has bike trails. Just recently, they had Baja Warriors competition, which is a 10k run with obstacle courses which they did it along that trail.
In Cabo, the outdoor activities that I’ve experienced are the zip lines just outside of Cabo, and swimming with the dolphins.
People do ride bikes here on the strip in La Ventana. In La Paz, biking is huge on the malecon (boardwalk) because the malecon is really long and it’s nice because there are no buildings on the beach side so you have a view of the water the whole time you are on the malecon. There is actually a bike lane in La Paz on the malecon and they are just now working on a remodel project for the entire malecon in La Paz. The Board of Tourism is working on that project.
