Adventure travel and activities are very good reasons to go to Los Cabos because you not only have activities in the ocean. You can ride ATVs, try the canopy walks, join camel and horse tours, and swim with the dolphins. There are some areas where you can go hiking to see another part of Los Cabos and not just the beach side. It's not like Los Cabos has big mountains, but there are forests where you can go hiking or mountain biking.

One annual Iron Man tournament (famous triathlon tournament) is also held in Los Cabos. There are a lot of sports activities like triathlons, marathons, and other biking and running events. It is not just sport fishing and surfing. Los Cabos also has 15 golf courses.
Los Cabos is an amazing place to be. If you only stay for one week, you'll want to stay a week more to keep on doing things that you'll miss because there are a lot of things to do. One week is not enough for a vacation in Cabo San Lucas.
When visiting Los Cabos, rent a car to go to Todos Santos, Cerritos, La Paz, Los Barriles, Bahia de los Sueños, and Cabo Pulmo. This loop can be done while based in Los Cabos.
There is an international airport and big resorts, which provide all kinds of services. The whole area of Baja California Sur is great.
This is the reason why foreigners visit three times per year or buy properties in Los Cabos to spend more time in the area. This way, foreigner visitors can enjoy their lifestyle partly in Los Cabos and partly where they're originally from. There are a lot of people from the United States and Canada who stay in Los Cabos for one or two months and rent properties as an investment, go back home, and return to Los Cabos a few months later.
