How’s the nightlife in Mexico?
Kristin Wilson - Orbis Relocation
The nightlife in Mexico is caliente (Spanish for “hot”). Nightlife is a huge tourism draw in Mexico.
You’ll find it on the coast on the Pacific and the Caribbean. It varies quite a bit and you also will find it in cities, in the interior of Mexico. You’ll find everything from just beach bars, really casual to very upscale, gigantic clubs with DJs just like you would see in Las Vegas, and everything in between.

The nightlife in Mexico is very lively and there’s a lot of energy. People are perfectly fine with partying until the sun comes up. There are a lot of hotspots that are related to spring break-style parties. We have that as well, but we also have the normal nightlife. In places like Playa Del Carmen, for example, there can be an entire street of bars, pubs, and nightclubs that are open all night until 9 in the morning.
And then also there can be festivals. There are a lot of music festivals that take place on the beaches and certain times of the year they can bring in a hundred thousand extra people from Europe and all over the world to come see really famous DJs and musical groups and bands perform.
