Can I buy good clothes in Mexico?

Yes, it is possible to buy good clothes in Mexico. Mexico is not as fashionable as Europe and the clothes here are not as fashionable as the ones in Europe either but you will see that the clothes here can be of good quality. In Mexico City, you will find all kinds of brands and clothes. I have never bought clothes in Yucatan but I can assume that you can also find international brands, especially in Cancun.

Yes, it is possible to buy good clothes in Mexico. Mexico is not as fashionable as Europe and the clothes here are not as fashionable as the ones in Europe either but you will see that the clothes here can be of good quality. In Mexico City, you will find all kinds of brands and clothes. I have never bought clothes in Yucatan but I can assume that you can also find international brands, especially in Cancun. 
 
In Oaxaca, finding good clothes is a bit more of a hunt. If you really want a certain brand of clothing, then you have to go to the Fabricas de Francia, which is very expensive if you earn a local salary!  But it is still affordable if you would compare the prices to the Netherlands or to the US.  
 
 If you prefer a specific design of clothing, you can have it custom made. It is still very common here in Mexico to buy your own fabric, take it to the seamstress, show her your design, and they would sew that custom made dress for you.  There are lots of fabric stores in Mexico where you can buy most kinds of fabrics. Once you have your fabric, you could do research on the Internet and you can find a perfect dress. Then you can go to a seamstress and have the dress custom make that dress for you with the fabric that you bought. It is nice when people do that because you can have your own clothes, which turns out to be cheaper than when you buy.
