All over San Pedro there are security guards at night because the hotels and businesses have high security. Once you cross the bridge and you go up north, there are more hotels because that is where the main market is for the people who want to be away from all the noise and the nightlife. There are a lot of hotels, restaurants, and vacation homes there. Some of them have security personnel and people are always around, so it’s really hard for somebody to rob you or to hurt you in any sort of way or form.
