About Me
I lived in Costa Rica, Honduras, the United States and Guatemala and returned to the U.S. to attend the University of Louisiana, Lafayette. After college, I moved back to Nicaragua.

I worked in several NGOs and then became part of a start-up company that was the first private internet service provider in Nicaragua. After being with that company for almost 12 years in various management positions, I joined the First American Title Insurance Company as Director of Operations and International Underwriter at First American Title Production Center. This office, located in Nicaragua, handled the company's transactions in Latin America and the Caribbean. I was able to gain extensive knowledge of title issues as well as the various processes buyers have to experience.

In 2010, I, along with Tuey Murdock, started Title Coordination Services to guide and advise buyers acquiring properties in Latin America.
