About Me
My husband, John-Marc, and I moved from the United States to Central America more than 20 years ago. We wanted a lifestyle change and wanted to learn a new language so we moved to Costa Rica. The lifestyle change was the easy part!

After a year in Costa Rica, we started RPM, a property management company in Tamarindo. Costa Rica was just getting ready to explode when we decided that Nicaragua was going to be the next vacation destination so we moved in order to be here and on the ground floor of an emerging market. We have been here for over 14 years and love it.

We were right in predicting that the tourist would head here next and now own the largest (and best) property management company in Granada. Granada is a beautiful city and has changed so much over the years. We are happy and proud to be a part of the continuing change.

Not only are we involved in property management but also in real estate sales, contruction, horseback tours, farmstays and so much more.
