About Me: I'm a UK born expat living in El Cangrejo, the heart of Panama City. I write a blog at pennilessfrompanama and have been enjoying the beautiful weather and lifestyle of Panama for 3 years. My favorite region of the country is the Costa Arriba, stretching from Colon to La Miel.

I take a lot of photos. If I'm not working, you'll see me propping up the counter at one of El Cangrejo's great restaurants and bars.

I currently work with Bala Beach Resort, a real estate and rental development on Panama's Caribbean coast near Portobelo. We'll be formally opened in early 2014.
