About Me
My wife, Denise Buckner-Payne, and I moved to Nicaragua permanently about 9 years ago. We live at Gran Pacifica Golf and Beach Resort, where she retired from the mortgage industry in Oklahoma and I from the home building business (marketing). We have just renewed our residency cards as retirees, though we both keep plenty busy here by the sands of the Pacific Ocean. Our home is about 550 meters away from the water, and located between holes #3 and #8 of the golf course.
