I am a Canadian businessman. With a group of Canadian, American and Panamanian friends, I am developing a residential community called Roca Milagro in the mountains of Panama, roughly thirty minutes from either the coastal city of David or the mountain town of Boquete. Roca Milagro is just moments outside of Rovira Arriba. The Costa Rican border is not much more than an hour's drive away.
