About Me
I left Canada in September 2002 to experience a different culture and life-style and to get away from the long Canadian winters. I drove to Central America from Vancouver and it was one of the most interesting 28 days I have ever spent. After a short stay in Nicaragua I came to Panama in early 2003.

The trip to Panama was a fact-finfing mission and, after seeing all the other countries between the USA and Panama, decided immediately this was the country to settle down in. Within a month I moved to Panama and after returning to David, the city just felt like home so I stayed here.

I was not yet ready to retire so, together with a partner in Canada, planned a condo development to provide American style units to the growing number of Expats settling in Panama. We crated a web-site to market the condos and built the first residential strata title progect in David, Cuesta del Sol Condominiums.

I have been here more that ten years and Panama has been everything I hoped it would be.
