About Me
Almost every morning my husband and sit on our patio and comment about the almost perfect weather here in Alto Boquete. We drink our coffee and say how fast the time passes, how much we both love living here.

We arrived December 9th, 2012. For us, the move was an excellent choice. Our friends have been here for from 14 to 7 years. It is a place of contentment. One must always recognize that this is not America, this is Panama, the language is Spanish. The laws are different, the rules are different, the holidays are not the same. The are many differences here. The money is the same, there are many people who speak English and they are quite helpful.

Our experiences have been good. We have made many friends and love our lifestyle here. We have open minds as well as accept there is a slower pace of life in Panama. The people are decent and kind. We feel safe and enjoy a comfortable life here.

The weather is wonderful here in the mountains, cool and comfortable. Life is good.
