The Gringo Guide To Panama: What To Know Before You Go
About Me
U.S. expat living in the Republic of Panama for six years now. My husband and I relocated after my company opened here. We're not retired yet - hopefully in five more years, but we love Panama and I like to help other expats considering Panama learn about the country and what it offers.

I also wrote The Gringo Guide to Panama: What to Know Before You Go, which came out in late 2012. And I'm a freelance writer and speaker. I love spending time with my husband and friends, doing yoga, walking our dog, traveling in South America, eating well, and hanging out at our beach house on the Pacific. I also write a blog on life in Panama as an expat called PanamaGringoGuide.
