About Me
I was born in Nicaragua and lived in Managua until post the civil war. My family migrated to California in the middle of 1980 and lived in California for 34 years. My family moved here in 2015 after my wife and I realized that the Lord was calling us to Nicaragua.

I worked in the real estate and mortgage industry for over 15 years in California and I’m still licensed as a mortgage loan originator and real estate broker. I have also served in the US Marine Corps (active and reserve component) for over 23 years.

Our niche product is for foreigners who have purchased their home site and seek financing for construction. We also have a commercial product for developers who own the land free and clear and seek to develop.

We offer construction with financing to foreigners and developers. Our loans are short term (2-3 years for residential), which gives the property a payment history in Nicaragua for a refinance option with a national bank.
