What are the worst places in the world to retire?
I have not been back to Europe for many years. But when I was there, it was already expensive and I think it is even more expensive now. Many places are expensive. I have also lived in Australia for five months and in New Zealand for two months and both these places have gotten expensive now. I think it also depends on your budget but I love Australia and New Zealand.

For me, the worst places to retire would be any place that is cold; any place where the weather drops below 60 degrees Fahrenheit. I got spoiled in Hawaii because I need a warm climate all year round, I need the ocean and I get that here in Panama. So for me, out here in Panama is ideal. Any place that has cold weather, for me, is out of the question, especially being that I have only one long-sleeved shirt to my name and I have no jackets whatsoever.
Can I buy good clothes in Belize?
You can also go to Corozal (a town in Belize on the border with Mexico) but I don’t think they have any of the big stores like Walmart . So in Corozal, you might be buying Mexican products. Corozal has a Corozal Free Zone where you can buy goods at a very low price. Here in Placencia, Belize, you will pay $100 for a bottle of Jack Daniels but in the Corozal Free Zone, you will pay $25. The reason for the much lower price at Corozal at is because there are no import taxes, no transportation cost and they buy their larger quantity of items it by the boatload.

In that case, you’ll want Shai, comparing healthcare services and crunching the numbers for you. Jet Metier talked to Shai Gold about why he chose Panama to direct the international community to its shores for a medical destination and why he deals with veracity, even if it is not pretty.
